FlexiMatch - Terms and Conditions

1. Definities
   • Platform: FlexiMatch, an online platform that connects companies and flexijobbers.
   • User: Any natural person or legal entity that uses theFlexiMatch platform, including both companies and flexijobbers.
   • Flexijobber: A natural person seeking flexible work assignments through the FlexiMatch platform.
   • Company: A legal entity or natural person seeking flexijobbers for temporary assignments through the FlexiMatchplatform.
   • Agreement: The legal agreement between FlexiMatch and the User through the use of the platform.


2. Applicability
   These terms and conditions apply to all use of the FlexiMatch platform. By using the platform, the User agrees to these terms.


3. Registration
   To use the platform, the User must create an account. The User guarantees that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete. FlexiMatch reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts in cases of abuse or non-compliance with the terms.


4. Use of the Platform
   • Flexijobbers and companies may only use the platform for seeking and offering flexible work assignments, respectively.
   • It is prohibited to provide incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information through the platform.
   • The use of the platform is at the User's own risk. FlexiMatch is not responsible for any agreements made between companies and flexijobbers.


5. Payments and Fees
   • Companies pay a token-based fee to view the information of a flexijobber.
   • Flexijobbers can use the platform for free.
   • FlexiMatch reserves the right to change the rates. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.


6. Privacy and Data Protection
   The processing of personal data by FlexiMatch is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy described below.


7. Liability
   FlexiMatch is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform, unless such damage is due to intent or gross negligence by FlexiMatch.


8. Changes
   FlexiMatch reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any changes via the platform.


9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   This agreement is governed by Belgian law. Disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in Kortrijk.
